Terms of Use

1. General & Account Eligibility

• By using this platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and contact details during checkout or account creation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restrict access to your device. Dhagadastan is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from personal negligence.

2. Product Representation & Fabric Nuances

• We make every effort to display the colors, textures, cuts, and embroidery finishes of our garments accurately on our digital storefront.
• Because individual screen monitors, mobile displays, and photography lighting vary, slight color disparities between digital imagery and the physical product may occur and will not be considered manufacturing defects.
• Traditional handloom weaves, Khaddar slubs, and hand-guided needlework (such as Chikankari) possess natural variations that reflect authentic artisanal production rather than factory flaws.

3. Pricing & Payment Policy

• All prices on the store are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of standard local taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to revise product pricing, promotional offers, and delivery fees at any time without prior notice.
• Available payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), local debit/credit cards, and recognized mobile banking services (such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa).
• For Cash on Delivery orders, Dhagadastan reserves the right to request verbal, SMS, or WhatsApp order verification before fulfillment. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders that fail verification or have suspected invalid delivery addresses.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

• Receiving an order confirmation email or SMS does not constitute final order acceptance; it merely confirms receipt of your order request.
• We reserve the unilateral right to refuse or cancel any order due to fabric stock shortages, pricing errors, failed fraud screening, or courier operational limitations.
• Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placement or prior to dispatch by contacting customer support. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled.

5. Intellectual Property

• All brand assets—including but not limited to the Dhagadastan name, logo, signature tagline (“Every thread tells a story”), website layout, product photography, editorial write-ups, and proprietary fabric designs—are the exclusive intellectual property of Dhagadastan.
• Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, commercial distribution, or digital duplication of our media or copy without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under applicable Pakistani copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

• You agree not to misuse this website by introducing malware, transmitting spam, harvesting private data, or disrupting network security.
• Any fraudulent use of COD—such as deliberate parcel refusals without legitimate cause—may result in blacklisting from future deliveries.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

• Dhagadastan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party damages arising from website downtime, minor digital display discrepancies, or courier transit delays caused by weather, road closures, or public holidays.
• These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
