All domestic orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners (such as TCS, Leopards, and Trax). Ready-to-wear pret orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, with delivery typically taking 3 to 5 working days across major cities including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi; remote or rural areas may require an additional 2 to 3 days. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide alongside secure digital payment methods, including debit/credit cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and direct bank transfers. Please ensure a valid contact number and address are provided, as our courier partners require verification via SMS or phone call before final delivery. Flat shipping charges apply across Pakistan, with complimentary free shipping offered on orders exceeding PKR 5,000.

We take immense pride in our in-house craftsmanship and inspect every garment thoroughly before packing. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect article, we offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, items must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and intact with all original brand tags, labels, and packaging. Due to hygiene standards and the exclusivity of small-batch pret, we do not offer cash refunds; approved claims will receive an exchange for an alternate size, another article of equivalent value, or an online store credit valid for future purchases. Sale, clearance, and custom-altered orders are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged unless deemed defective upon arrival. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our WhatsApp support team or email us with your order number and clear photographs of the defect within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Return shipping charges for size exchanges are borne by the customer, while all courier costs for damaged or incorrect deliveries are covered entirely by Dhagadastan.
